Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
Marinade (blend into a smooth sauce):
- 1 orange juice
- 10 g brown Bacardi rum
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 g lime zest
- 10 g fresh mint
- 1 g black pepper
- 10 g soy sauce
- 1g salt
- 40 g brown sugar
- 6 g fresh chili
- 15 g honey
Instructions:
- Mix the marinade with the chicken wings and let them marinate for at least 24 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the wings for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Serve the chicken wings with Garlumami for dipping.
