Chicken Wings with Garlumami

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings

Marinade (blend into a smooth sauce):

  • 1 orange juice
  • 10 g brown Bacardi rum
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 g lime zest
  • 10 g fresh mint
  • 1 g black pepper
  •  10 g soy sauce
  •  1g salt
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 6 g fresh chili
  • 15 g honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix the marinade with the chicken wings and let them marinate for at least 24 hours in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the wings for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Serve the chicken wings with Garlumami for dipping.
