1. General information
These terms and conditions of the Garlumami online store apply to purchases made from the Starmaker OÜ online store at www.garlumami.com.
The owner of the Garlumami online store (hereinafter: “Online Store“) is Starmaker OÜ, registration code 10412838, located at Vanaturu kael 12, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter: “Seller“).
By using the online store and making purchases from it, you (hereinafter: “Customer“) confirm your agreement with the terms and conditions of sale of the online store (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions“) and any other information made available to you.
The seller has the unilateral right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published on the Online Store’s website www.garlumami.com.
2. Term of the sales contract, information about goods and prices
The prices and information about the goods sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product.
All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros and include the value added tax applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
The prices in the Online Store are valid from the moment the order is placed until the order is submitted to the Seller (7 days after the order is placed).
If you place an order before changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect, the terms and conditions that applied at the time of placing the order will govern to the legal relationship between you and the Online Store, unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms and Conditions.
The delivery fee depends on your location and the delivery method. More information in point 6.
Depending on the payment method used, service fees may be added to your order.
The Online Store reserves the right to set a minimum order value.
3. Campaigns
The Seller advertises the goods of the Online Store in accordance with its marketing plan.
Special conditions may apply to promotional prices in accordance with the rules of each promotion.
The promotional prices displayed in the Online Store are valid until the end of the period specified in the campaign.
These campaigns are promotional campaigns in which the Seller offers discount on specified goods using a promotional code.
You can use the discount by entering the campaign code in the”Discount code” field of the shopping cart when placing your order and clicking “Add“.
The rules and discounts for Online Store campaigns are published on social media (Facebook, Instagram) and/or in the newsletter and on the website www.garlumami.com.
4. Placing an order
Orders can be placed in the Online Store by natural persons of legal age.
The person whose bank account or credit card was used to make the payment is responsible for the consequences of orders placed by persons who do not meet the requirements.
The service is not provided to resellers or intermediaries.
To order goods, enter the Online Store sales environment, click on “Product” and add the desired product to your shopping cart.
The shopping cart displays a list of all products added to the cart, the desired quantity and price of each product, and the total cost of the shopping cart. There is no limit to the number of products in the shopping cart. You can change the contents of the cart until you confirm your order and before paying for the goods.
Once you have added the desired products and quantities to your shopping cart, click on “Shopping cart“. You can then proceed to checkout by selecting “Checkout”.
If there is a promotional product available, activate the discount code. The cost of the corresponding product in your order will be reduced by the value of the discount code.
To place an order, please fill in all the required fields in the Online Store sales environment and specify the delivery method and location. If you wish to send the order to someone else (for example as a gift) activate the option “Delivery to another address” and enter the recipient’s details.
If incorrect contact details are provided on the order, the Online Store is not liable for any damage or other consequences arising from this.
Before finally confirming and paying for your order, please check the contents of your order and the information you have entered. You will not be able to change the contents of a confirmed order later.
5. Payment
You can pay for products ordered from the Online Store via a bank link. The Online Store’s bank link solution is provided by Maksekeskus AS, reg. no. 12268475, www./maksekeskus.ee/ .
Choose the payment method that suits you from the options offered by the Online Store. Depending on the payment method chosen, additional fees may apply, which will be displayed when you confirm your order.
The Online Store offers the following payment methods:
In Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay and Liisi ID.
In Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki and Säästopankki.
The currency used in the Online Store is the euro.
When making a payment via internet banking, follow the instructions on the screen. If necessary, click “Back to merchant“.
The contract between the Online Store and you is considered concluded from the moment you submitted your order, confirmed your agreement with the Terms and Conditions, and paid the amount due.
After placing your order, we will send you an invoice with confirmation of your purchase.
The order will be processed within 7 working days.
6. Delivery and receipt of orders
We deliver goods ordered through the Online Store within the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Finland.
The estimated delivery time and place are displayed when placing the order, next to the delivery method selection.
As a rule, orders placed and paid for before 3 p.m. on working days will be delivered within 8 working days. For islands, delivery may take up to 14 days. If the order is delayed for any reason, the Seller will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery time.
Delivery of your order to the Republic of Finland may take 8 to 14 days.
You can choose delivery to a parcel terminal or to an address specified by you via courier service. The parcel terminals and courier service providers available for your selection are displayed when placing the order.

I. In Estonia, parcel terminal €3.75, courier €8.70.
II. In Finland, parcel terminal €11.75, courier €19.70.
After the contract enters into force, the Seller will prepare the order and hand it over to the courier.
The Customer shall bear the delivery costs, and the relevant information is displayed next to the delivery method.

The courier will inform you of the exact delivery time in advance.
The courier will deliver your order together with the shipping document.
Before signing the delivery note, please check that the contents of the shipment correspond to your order and that the goods comply with the terms of the contract, including any damage to the packaging and/or goods.
You have the right to refuse the order if it does not comply with the terms of the contract, noting the reason for refusal on the delivery note and returning the parcel to the courier.

The transport cost to a parcel terminal will be added to your shopping cart according to your selection.

You will receive an SMS notification when the parcel arrives at the terminal containing information on how to open the locker door (access code) and collect the parcel.
The Seller is not liable for any damage incurred if third parties, for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, obtain the terminal access code and retrieve the parcel
The Online Store is not liable for delays in delivery if the goods were handed over to the courier on time but the delay is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Online Store.
Orders damaged during transport, where the goods but not the packaging are damaged, will be replaced for the Customer. If replacement is not possible, the Seller will reimburse the cost of the damaged goods.
You must immediately send a written notice to the Seller regarding any damaged product or non-compliance of the order.
7. Cancellation of an order and return of goods
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Online Store within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of return does not apply to food, beverages or other goods intended for daily consumption that are delivered by the Seller to your residence, location or workplace during frequent and regular rounds (Law of Obligations Act Section 53 (2)9).
·Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
·To return goods, you must submit a request to info@garlumami.com .
·The return cost is borne by you (unless the goods do not correspond to the order).
·Returned goods must be sent back immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
·Refunds will be issued immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notification.
The Online Store may refuse a refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided.
8. Submitting claims
Starmaker OÜ is responsible for any non-compliance of goods ordered through the Online Store and with the terms of the contract or for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
In the event of non-compliance or a defect, you have the right to require the Seller to fulfil their obligation, compensate damages or withdraw from the contract.
In case of non-compliance, please contact customer service within 14 days by emailing info@garlumami.com or calling + 372 565 5981. for a purchase document must be presented when submitting a claim.
The Online Store is not responsible for non-compliance of the goods caused by your actions or inaction after the goods were delivered.
The Online Store will respond to your complaint in writing within 14 days.
The Online Store will bear the transport and postage costs for replacing the product.
9. Dispute resolution

10. Processing of personal data
By using the Online Store, you give Starmaker OÜ your consent to process your personal data.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy of Starmaker OÜ’s Online Store www.garlumami.com.

When you use the Online Store , Starmaker OÜ collects data on your purchases.
By using the Online Store, you give Starmaker OÜ permission to send information about the use of the service and the performance of Starmaker OÜ’s contractual obligations to your e-mail address.
You can manage your marketing and advertising permissions through Starmaker OÜ customer support. You have the right to access your personal data at any time or request the correction, restriction, termination or deletion of the processing of your personal data by sending a free-form request to info@garlumami.com.
11. Other terms and conditions
Issues not specifically addressed in these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
