Garlumami Egg Spread Sandwich

A classic combination, where the Garlumami sauce takes it to the next level.
This snack is a perfect example of how simple ingredients can turn into gourmet. Soft boiled eggs, fresh parsley, mayonnaise, and Garlumami sauce form a filling that fits perfectly into a crispy bread.

Preparation time: 15 min

Servings: 6 small appetizers

Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tsp Garlumami sauce
  • Toasted ciabatta, crusty bread or white sandwich bread

Instructions:

  1. Chop the boiled eggs finely.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, parsley, mayonnaise and Garlumami sauce.
  3. Season with salt and white pepper.
  4. Top the ciabatta with the mixture just before serving to keep them crispy.

Serving suggestion:

Garnish with a small amount of parsley or microgreens on top. Perfect for a party table, buffet, or simply as an appetizer before a larger meal.
