This snack is a perfect example of how simple ingredients can turn into gourmet. Soft boiled eggs, fresh parsley, mayonnaise, and Garlumami sauce form a filling that fits perfectly into a crispy bread.

Servings: 6 small appetizers
Ingredients:
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 1–2 tsp Garlumami sauce
- Toasted ciabatta, crusty bread or white sandwich bread
Instructions:
- Chop the boiled eggs finely.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, parsley, mayonnaise and Garlumami sauce.
- Season with salt and white pepper.
- Top the ciabatta with the mixture just before serving to keep them crispy.
Serving suggestion:
Garnish with a small amount of parsley or microgreens on top. Perfect for a party table, buffet, or simply as an appetizer before a larger meal.
