Ingredients:
- Cleaned and peeled tiger shrimps
- Olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Grated lemon zest
- Salt
- Garlumami (for serving)
Preparation:
Place the shrimps in a bowl. Add olive oil, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and freshly grated lemon zest. Season lightly with salt, mix well.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little oil and pan-fry the shrimps on both sides until golden brown and cooked through (about 1–2 minutes per side). Serve immediately, adding Garlumami either on the side or lightly spooned over the shrimps.
Serving:
