Easy Garlumami Vegetables

Simple, fresh, and surprisingly flavorful – a small dish with big character.
Sometimes, all it takes is a little to create a truly memorable taste experience. Sweet green peas come to life when enhanced with the unique flavor depth of Garlumami sauce – the perfect side dish, snack, or light bite before the main course.

Preparation time: 10 min
Servings: 2–3 (as a side)

Ingredients:

  • 200 g green vegetables: peas, broccoli, green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • Salt (to taste for boiling water)
  • 20 g Garlumami sauce

Instructions:

  1. Boil the vegetables in salted water until tender but still slightly crunchy (about 3–5 minutes).
  2. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. Toss the warm vegetables in a bowl with 20 g of Garlumami sauce.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature – ideal as a side dish for grilled dishes, fish dishes, or as a light snack on its own.

Serving suggestion:

Place the vegetables in a small bowl or on a hot plate, and garnish with fresh mint or sprouts for visual effect. You can also add a little freshly ground black pepper or finely grated Parmesan if you want a bit more kick.
