Black Angus Beefsteak with Garlumami

Perfectly cooked meat – easy to make, elegantly served.
This recipe highlights the natural flavor of high-quality beef, enhanced by the intense character of Garlumami sauce. A perfect combination that works both for a casual dinner and a festive table.

Preparation time
Active time:
15 min
Servings: 1–2 (depending on steak size)

Ingredients:

●  200 g beefsteak (e.g., ribeye, striploin, or tenderloin)

●  75 g butter

●  Salt and black pepper

●  Garlumami sauce – about 10 g per steak

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the steak:
Bring the meat to room temperature at least 20 minutes before cooking. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Cooking:
Heat the pan with butter until it turns golden brown. Sear the steak on the hot pan (depending on thickness and desired doneness):
    • Rare: 2 minutes on each side
    • Medium: 3–4 minutes on each side
    • Well-done: 5+ minutes on each side
  3. Rest:
Place the steak on foil, add about 10 g of Garlumami sauce on top, tightly wrap it, and let it rest for 10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute evenly and the Garlumami sauce to absorb gently into the meat. You can also serve Garlumami separately as a dipping sauce.

Serving suggestion:

Serve with roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh green salad. Add more Garlumami sauce on the plate for extra flavor – it turns every bite into an experience.
