Cherry tomatoes become intensely flavorful and sweet when dried slowly in the oven. Adding
Garlumami sauce at the end results in a small gourmet experience that works as an appetizer,
snack, or salad topping

Ingredients:
- 250 g cherry tomatoes (or more as needed)
- 1 tsp sugar (or to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Garlumami sauce – 1 tsp g per tomato
Instructions:
- Prepare the tomatoes:
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them cut side up. - Season:
Sprinkle lightly with sugar and black pepper to enhance the natural sweetness of the tomatoes. - Dry in the oven:
Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and dry them in the oven
at 90°C for about 1.5 hours, until they become slightly wrinkled and concentrated in flavor. - Finishing touch:
Just before serving, add a little bit of Garlumami sauce to each tomato, balancing the sweet and spicy flavors and making every bite special
Serving suggestion:
Serve these tomato halves alongside grilled fish or meat, or simply on a snack platter. Garnish with microgreens for a decorative touch.
