How Garlumami® was born – an innovation that surprised everyone
When seasoned restaurateur and food enthusiast Auri Hakomaa began developing a new product, his goal wasn’t to make another mayonnaise or trendy sauce. He wanted something more – something that would elevate the natural taste of food to the level it deserves.
”I wanted to create something that brings out even the most delicate flavours and balances the whole dish – without hiding the original taste behind acid, heat or salt. Every ingredient deserves to be celebrated with it’s own terms”, Hakomaa explains.
That’s how Garlumami was born – a product that isn’t a sauce, a spread or a mayonnaise, but something entirely new. After a development process lasting over 18 months, the result even surprised its creator.
